Pete is a spoken word poet, loop station artist and comic whose mission is to incite a spirit of carnival, wonderment and riotous love. His lyrics touch on themes of madness, philosophy and civil unrest, with the help of loop machines and FX machinery.
Pete’s work has been featured on BBC Radio 4, Newsnight and the World Service. He is a former Hammer & Tongue UK Poetry Slam champion and has performed in over 15 countries with organisations that include The British Council. He is currently touring an absurdist-interactive-devotional stage show with his band – Pete the Temp & the Vibe Mechanics.
